The Mowrystown FFA recently had their annual banquet. They recognized FFA members who participated in CDE's, state degrees recipients, celebrated state teams, honored the FFA's alumni, welcomed new honorary members, introduced the new 2024-2025 officer team, and heard retiring addresses from Senior officers Lydia Carr and Eli Roberts. The community also wished Addison Roberts good luck at the upcoming Ohio FFA Convention, where she'll find out if she's on the state officer ballot. This year's honorary members are Tena Roler and Ethan Howard. And let's not forget the new 2024-2025 Mowrystown FFA officer team: Addison Roberts as President, Elly McMullen, Adrionna Phillips and Marley Gobin as Vice presidents Kara DeAtley as Secretary, Tyler Wessner as Treasurer, Madison Davidson as Reporter, Sydney Shelton as Sentinel, Christopher Wessner as Student Advisor, and Lily Leston as Historian. 

The Bright Elementary Library is sponsoring a SCHOLASTIC BOGO BOOK FAIR on April 29th – May 3rd from 9:00am – 2:30pm each day on the Stage and during the Fine Arts Palooza on May 2nd 6:00-7:00pm.

The Grand March will be held prior to Prom at Whiteoak High School at 2:00pm. Please arrive early to sign up. 

A Wellness Meeting will be held at Bright Elementary on March 20th at 5:00 P.M. (one hour before the scheduled board meeting). Topics are the annual Fun Run and Family Fun Night that we discussed at our last meeting. Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there.
